Evaluate Your Organization's AI Readiness

AI Strategy & Execution

AI doesn't replace your team.

AI doesn't replace your team.

It multiplies them.

It multiplies them.

Most organizations are experimenting with AI tools. The ones pulling ahead are building a coherent strategy behind them — and giving their people the skills to put it to work every single day. That's where I come in.

AI works best when your people get it. Not get it as a concept — get it for their job. But most organizations haven't taken an honest look at where they actually stand — strategy, people, tools, and culture. Before you can close the gap, you need to know what the gap is.

What I do

A strategy that actually gets used

I work with leadership teams to move from "we should be doing something with AI" to a roadmap their people are genuinely excited to execute on.

01

AI Opportunity Audit

A structured look at where your business loses time, quality, and speed — and a prioritized map of where AI closes those gaps fastest. No hype, no bloat.

02

Strategic Roadmap

A 90-day to 12-month AI adoption plan with clear ownership, tooling decisions, and measurable milestones. Built to earn buy-in from leadership and adoption from the ground up.

03

Team Activation

Hands-on sessions, playbooks, and workflow redesigns that turn strategy into daily habits — so your team isn't just aware of AI, they're productive with it.

Built it, didn't just advise it

I built an AI-native platform from the ground up

Orgentis isn't a consulting framework I license — it's a SaaS product I conceived, funded, and shipped. I've lived the decisions around AI architecture, prompt engineering, workflow design, and change management from the inside. When I advise your team, that experience is in the room.

An AI-native operations platform built to help organizations run cleaner, move faster, and make better decisions with less friction.

Designed AI-first workflows from day one — not bolted on after

Built and managed a cross-functional product team

Navigated model selection, prompt architecture, and UX for non-technical users

Shipped iteratively with real customers giving real feedback

The situation

The ingredients were there. The system wasn't.

The client had real stories worth telling — customer wins, operational differentiation, team culture. What they didn't have was a way to turn any of it into consistent, on-brand content without it becoming someone's full-time job.

Posts lived in scattered notes. Drafts stalled in approval cycles. Employee advocacy existed only in theory — every repost required manual coordination with each person individually. Publishing was inconsistent, and the brand story wasn't compounding.

What we built

01

Notion Content Pipeline

Stage-based workflow (Brief → Draft → Review → Published) tied to strategic positioning pillars. AI prompts at every stage — including per-person repost copy generation.

02

Custom LinkedIn App

WYSIWYG preview, multi-format posts, calendar scheduling, shareable approval links, and a team amplification engine — pre-written repost copy delivered to each person at launch via automation.

The outcome

One post became a coordinated launch. Coordination cost dropped to near zero. Publishing cadence became sustainable. And the brand story started compounding with every post.

How I work

Here's how an engagement works.

01

Discovery & Diagnosis

The AI assessment comes first — always. It's a structured look at where you actually stand across strategy, people, tools, and culture. Most teams are surprised by what comes out of it. And that's the point — you can't build a roadmap off a guess.

02

Strategy & Prioritization

Once we know what we're dealing with, we figure out what to go after first. Not everything — the right things. Sized by real impact, sequenced so the early moves don't set you up to fail later.

03

Implementation & Activation

The gap between having a plan and actually using it is where I spend most of my time. I work directly with the people doing the work — playbooks, live sessions, workflow changes — until the new way of working is just the way of working. That takes time and it takes repetition.

04

Measure & Iterate

We set baselines before we start and check them after. What's working gets scaled. What isn't gets cut. No vanity metrics — only numbers that connect to something your business actually cares about.

Still waiting for the right time to start? There isn't one.

Let's build an AI strategy your team can actually use — and get moving on it this month.
